These tubes comply with international standards such as ASTM A106, A519, DIN 2391, and GB 8163, among others. They are typically made from carbon steel grades including St35, St45, St52, C20, and C45, ensuring good weldability, machinability, and resistance to pressure and corrosion.

Available in outer diameters ranging from 30mm to 325mm and wall thicknesses from 5mm to 30mm, cold drawn seamless carbon steel tubes can be supplied in random lengths from 10mm to 12,000mm, or cut to specific sizes as required. The ends can be prepared in various forms-beveled, plain, varnished, or fitted with protective plastic caps-to meet customer specifications.

Surface treatments such as oiling are applied to prevent rust during storage and transportation. The cold drawing technique, often complemented by honing, ensures high dimensional accuracy and a fine surface quality, making these tubes ideal for high-pressure applications.

Typical uses include hydraulic systems, automotive and motorcycle components, gas springs, boiler pipes, and low to medium-pressure fluid transportation pipelines. They are also widely used in the electric industry and other precision engineering fields.

Delivery conditions can be tailored to include as-drawn, normalized, annealed, or stress-relieved states, depending on the required mechanical properties. Packaging options include bundling, waterproof wrapping, steel-strapped sacks, or heavy tri-wall boxes to ensure safe delivery.

With a minimum order quantity of 3 tons and flexible trade terms such as FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW, or LC, the cold drawn seamless carbon steel tube offers reliability and versatility for demanding industrial needs.

Delivery Conditions	1. BK (+C)	No heat treatment after last cold forming process.
	2. BKW (+LC)	After last heat treatment there is a light finishing pass (cold drawing)
	3. BKS (+SR)	After the final cold forming process the tubes are stress relieve annealed.
	4. GBK (+A)	After the final cold forming process the tubes are annealed in a controlled atmosphere.
	5. NBK (+N)	After the final cold forming process the tubes are annealed above the upper transformation point in a controlled atmosphere.
Package	1. Bundle Packing.
	2. Plain end or vanished as per customer's request.
	3. Wrapped in waterproof paper.
	4. Sackcloth with several steel strips.
	5. Pack in heavy tri-wall boxes.
