The cylinder barrel is manufactured from high-strength steel tubes, selected based on internal diameter and operating pressure. Common materials include ST52, SAE1045, and SAE4140, with internal surfaces finely honed to a roughness of R0.2–R0.4. Chrome plating is available for enhanced wear resistance and durability.
The piston rod, typically made from SAE1045, 42CrMo4, or stainless steel, undergoes surface hardening to achieve a hardness of HRC55–60. Options include chrome or nickel plating, induction hardening, and custom thicknesses up to 50 microns. Dimensional tolerances conform to ISO standards such as f7, f8, or h8, ensuring precise fit and reliable operation.
Sealing systems are tailored to application needs using high-quality seals from brands like Parker, Merkel, or NOK. These solutions extend the service life of the forklift hydraulic cylinder, reduce maintenance needs, and simplify repairs.
All welded joints between the tube and flanges undergo ultrasonic testing to ensure integrity and prevent leaks. Each cylinder is designed to operate at pressures up to 700 bar, with strokes ranging from 50 mm to 16,000 mm. Standard bearings from reputable manufacturers such as SKF or LONGXI ensure smooth movement and long-term reliability.
