Description: honing is a machining process, using the honing head to hone the cold drawn tube inner hole with high-speed reciprocating processing, which to make the tube inner hole meeting the required precision tolerance and surface roughness. According to customers requirements, our hone tube tolerance can be H7, H8, H9, H10, roughness can be Ra ≤0.4μm, ovality within 0.03mm - 0.05mm.
