Mutual Learning, Continuous Quality Improvement
-- CFT Team from HYUNDAI XITESOLUTION Conducts On-site Audit Review at Yingnaisi
In September 2026, a CFT (Cross-Functional Team) delegation from HYUNDAI XITESOLUTION visited Jiangsu Yingnaisi to conduct an on-site review of the corrective actions taken on the findings raised in the previous audit.
Both parties focused on advancing the rollout of DPC (Digital Process Control) for key CTQ (Critical To Quality) process steps identified as CPK (Process Capability Index) monitoring points. Critical dimensions, geometric tolerances and NDT data are now integrated into real-time data acquisition and closed-loop traceability. The quality data chain for incoming forging blanks has been strengthened, enabling full-process traceability from raw material intake to finished product dispatch. In parallel, the Foolproof (mistake-proofing) capability of engineering processes is being enhanced through tooling-based error prevention and digital verification, reducing human-induced deviations and ensuring consistently high-quality output for high-pressure hydraulic cylinders, piston rods and precision cylinder barrels.

This review has further strengthened the technical trust between both parties. Yingnaisi will continue refining its manufacturing processes to high-end assembly-level precision standards, delivering premium hydraulic components for construction machinery customers worldwide.
