Description

Manufactured to the highest international standards such as DIN 2391, EN 10305, ASTM A519, and GB/T 3639, these tubes are produced from a range of superior-grade materials to suit various applications and environmental conditions. Common materials include ST52, E355, SAE 1026, CK45, and high-strength alloys like 4130 and 4140, ensuring excellent structural integrity, pressure resistance, and durability. To further enhance their mechanical properties, these tubes undergo specialized heat treatment processes (noted as BK+S), which refine the grain structure and relieve internal stresses, resulting in a component that can withstand intense cyclic pressures and heavy loads.

The term "precision" is defined by the tube's exceptional tolerances and finish. The inner diameter (I.D.) is held to a remarkably tight H8 or H9 tolerance, guaranteeing a perfect fit for pistons and seals, which is crucial for preventing fluid leakage and maintaining pressure. Furthermore, the straightness is controlled within 0.5-1.0 mm per 1000 mm length, ensuring smooth, friction-free piston travel without deviation.

The most defining feature is the interior surface finish. Through advanced Honing or Skived & Roller Burnished (SRB) processes, the inner wall is finished to an ultra-smooth surface roughness of just Ra 0.1 to 0.8 microns. This mirror-like finish minimizes friction and wear on seals and pistons, significantly extending the service life of the entire cylinder assembly. It also provides an ideal surface for optimal oil film retention, ensuring consistent and efficient operation.

Available in outer diameters from 40mm to 480mm and inner diameters from 30mm to 400mm, in lengths up to 9 meters or as customised, these tubes are versatile for numerous applications. They are the preferred choice not only in hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders but also in swivel cranes, injection molding machines, and various heavy construction equipment.
